The area surrounding the project is mainly industrial land. To the north, the project is adjacent to National Highway 316, while the other three sides are also designated for industrial use. The project is one kilometer away from the Wushao Expressway entrance. It is a new construction project covering 50 mu of land, with a total investment of RMB 100 million and a land area of 33,336.47 square meters.
The project encompasses a production line with an annual capacity of 50,000 tonnes, specializing in the processing of alloy cast steel, ball-milled castings, and gray iron castings. The main structures include four workshops, two multi-purpose buildings, and two ancillary facilities such as electrical distribution rooms. The first phase of the project primarily focuses on manufacturing container corner fittings and valve components. Construction commenced in March 2018; after one year of intensive work, the major construction elements have now been completed, including the production workshops, warehouses, ancillary buildings, electrical distribution rooms, paving of plant roads, and landscaping.
