Product Description
This project employs an energy-efficient steel-shell hydraulic electric fusion furnace for melting and adopts a coated-sand shell-molding casting process. For heat treatment, a continuous normalizing resistance furnace—developed over many years by Nanjing Guanghang Technology Co., Ltd. of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and specifically designed for the mass production of container corner fittings—is utilized. This normalizing furnace is manufactured using the “Complete Set of Energy-Saving Technology for Industrial Resistance Furnaces,” a national key technology promoted by former State Science and Technology Commission, the National Office for Energy Conservation under the State Energy Administration, the Ministry of Aerospace Industry, the Jiangsu Provincial Electric Power Bureau, and other government departments. It has been adopted by numerous corner-fitting manufacturers in the industry, demonstrating its high efficiency, energy savings, ease of operation, reliability and stability, superior product quality, and safety and durability. The machining equipment includes a double-sided milling machine specially designed and manufactured by Jiangsu Gaojing Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. for container corner fittings, and the project has also newly installed the province’s first coated-sand recovery and recycling system.
This production project is aligned with the national development priorities for the container industry and manufacturing sector. The project site and its surrounding areas boast a sizable and rapidly growing container-component and manufacturing industry, and the project’s implementation will elevate the local capabilities in these sectors while fostering the broader development of manufacturing and related industries and enhancing the competitiveness of participating enterprises. In addition, the project will stimulate the growth of businesses involved in container components, transportation, construction, and other related fields, thereby achieving mutual benefits and strengthening corporate competitiveness. Upon full completion and reaching design capacity, the project is expected to generate annual sales of RMB 200 million, contribute RMB 15 million in profits and taxes, and create 120 new jobs.
